Wow- it is beautiful outside today in central, Ohio. Great football weather! What are you doing on this beautiful Saturday afternoon? It's been a busy morning already, grocery then home to put away the purchases, which lead to cleaning out the freezer & refrigerator, which lead to having a bunch of dishes to rinse and put into the dishwasher. Now time to watch a little football while waiting for my friend to call so we can take a drive to meet her and swap Thirty-one bags. Then it is time to head home to watch the Buckeyes take care of the Canes! (Sorry Miami fans!). Right now watching my Nittany Lions!
It seems like the summer just flew, doesn't it? Where did it go? I wasn't even busy with vacations or anything like that since my vacation is next month, which I can not believe we are so close to the time! Can't wait to see my little princesses faces when they see the "big boat" they've been talking about all spring and summer as we board the Dream, Disney Cruiseline's newest ship. That trip will be followed by visiting Walt Disney World as we check into New Orleans, French Quarter.
Samantha started kindergarten last month and Sylvia started preschool. Where did my babies go? So far they love school, which I am so grateful for! It's been so neat watching these two grow! It's hard to believe next month Sean and I will celebrate our ten year anniversary the day we board Dream, I made him promise ten years ago we'd take that trip again- would be nice if I would not have to wait ten years to do it next time though :). We will also be celebrating the girl's birthdays while on that trip as well since their birthdays are the 1st and 5th of October.
Besides getting ready for my big vacation, I have been working to book Thirty-one shows. The products from Thirty-one are so cute and I just LOVE them! I love my two kits I received from them and anxious to take them to parties to show them off! It's wonderful to see all the patterns and all the different styles of totes, purses, bags and more! It's amazing all the uses these bags can have and what a great way to organize while looking good!
With my LOVE of Disney, I also became an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner (Thank you to Travel by Design) this summer so I have been busy watching for deals that I can pass along to others. I love reading all the tips and info about Disney and can't wait to pass the tips and my experiences onto clients. It's amazing all great deals you can get through Disney, like currently they have a special how you can get free meals if you stay in a resort during specific times. NCAA Football is in FULL Swing and next month we will be going to the OSU vs. MI State football game. Unfortunately the game I got this year from my Ohio State Alumni is the game is the same day as my soon to be 6 year old's birthday- what a great birthday gift- Momma is letting her go into the shoe with Dadda, unless I get lucky enough to get 2 more tickets for Miss Sylvi and I.
After that is the Pumpkin Show, which we will be going only on that Tuesday night, Pickaway County night as we will be leaving for Disney the next day. But that one night of Pumpkin Show will still be fun, will just be loading up on my pumpkin favorites all in one night!
Time to start cleaning out the bunny barn and find some new homes for some of my retired breeders. For those who do not know, I raise rabbits- Lionheads are my main breed, a breed we are working hard to get accepted by the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA). I love raising rabbits and have been since I was Sylvi's age. They are so much fun! They also make wonderful pets.We use to show rabbits and hope to again soon. I do miss putting my bunnies on the show table and can't wait to see my kids putting rabbits on the table like I used to do when I was young. Come visit Regina's Rabbit Habit
site and
blog. Watch for them to be updated soon as well with some new pics and info!
Then after all these events, Thanksgiving and Christmas will be creeping up upon us- oh my! Then we will say where did the fall go? I guess all we can do is enjoy all these wonderful activities and continue to looking forward to the next!
What are you looking forward to this fall? Drop me a line, I would love to hear what you plan to experience!
Have a wonderful fall season! Happy Fall!
