Momma Fun

Reading Fun:

Besides being a mom, what are some of your favorite things to do? I was on facebook tonight and saw that one of my co-workers listed she was sitting on the porch swing reading a book. Reading is one of my favorite fun things to do. It is amazing how you can just relax by reading a good book! A good book can totally take you to another place, which everyone needs to do to escape sometimes, but especially Mommas!  We need our enjoyment time just like the kiddos need their play time!

KESS wants to have a book club! If we can get interest I can add a post just for the book club. How would it work? Well KESS will choose a book title to use- with the help of suggestions from KESS's fans- you will get 2 months (we can do 1 if everyone gets done that fast) to read the book. Then KESS will post some questions on the post for others to start answering. You can also just discuss other topics concerning the book on the same post.

All who participate I will hold a monthly drawing for. You could win the book for the upcoming month or free or discounts from KESS.

So start finding time ladies to sit down and read and I will provide the rest of the fun!  Happy reading!

Recipes:

We have been so fortunate as Americans to have such an abundance of food available. We have such a wonderful variety to chose from and there are so many choices out there on how to prepare our meals. The hardest part sometimes is choosing the what and how we want to fix something for the family for dinner. Every momma's challenge- "what should I fix for dinner"?

KESS is looking to start a recipe exchange- you can help us by sending us your favorite recipe. Once you send me the recipe- we will dress it up into one of our KESS recipe cards that you can print and cut out. Check out the site to see the ones we have so far http://www.kessdesignmarketing.com/Momma%20Fun.

So send us your recipes so we can get started creating more recipes to add to this page to share with more mommas! Make sure you include where you got your recipe (your own, grandma's, favorite website or magazine) so we can list that on the card. Send your recipes to rmayhugh@kessdesignmarketing.com
